项目总的地理位置位于石龙路地铁站附近，石龙路是中国上海市的一条交通干道，主要位于徐汇区，东西走向，东到龙耀路隧道，西到上海南站及中环，优越的地理条件。项目原始为国有单位厂房。调研决定打造为面向中高端的文创类的创意办公区，创造出独有属于建筑应该有的情感氛围。
the total location of the project is located near the shilong road subway station. shilong road is a traffic road in shanghai,china, mainly located in xuhui district, east to west, east to long yao road tunnel, west to shanghai south railway station andmiddle ring, superior geographical conditions. the project is originally a state - owned factory building. the research decided to create a creative office area for medium and high end literary creation, creating unique emotional atmosphere that belongs to architecture
石龙路旧楼的改造思路：以工业为主题，因历史而深沉，因文化而深远。
the transformation of old buildings in shilong road: the theme of industry is deep and profound because of culture.
旧楼改造目的：商业上改造为新型创意办公区，针对中港澳台的客户进行招商引资。文化上传承中华文化深沉的底蕴，积极进取的创新精神。
因此目标定位为景观区域为中国现代园林景观，建筑上采用进取的现代工业风格。
