as the concept of sustainable development is becoming more and more popular, it is a strategy adopted by many developed countries to reuse the historical traces, save the resources and meet the new functional requirements. this design takes advantage of the original architectural structure and large sense of space, and wants to create a public space with modern sense and time traces, which can be comfortably exploited by the beggars. combined with the requirements of display function, it is possible to reduce costs to achieve the desired results.
